May be used alone or mix the following to make your XanGo^® Cocktail.

• 60ml (2oz) XanGo^®
• 60ml (2oz) Kefir or ½ packet Kefiro
• 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
• 1 tablespoon virgin coconut oil (warm gently to make liquid - do not microwave)

Drink plenty of water**

Method:
Place coconut oil in a tumbler and warm tumbler gently in a bowl of hot water until the oil is liquid.  Add remaining ingredients, stir thoroughly and consume immediately.

If you are looking to lose 50lbs or less (approx. 22 - 23kg), drink this twice a day.

If you are looking to lose more than 50lbs, take an additional ounce of XanGo^® juice and an additional ounce of kefir.

Breakfast:  Eat watery fruits such as watermelon, cantaloupe, grapefruit, strawberries, etc.

Lunch:  Drink your XanGo^® Cocktail right before eating a sensible lunch.

Dinner:  Drink your XanGo^® Cocktail right before eating a sensible dinner.

You can actually eat nearly anything you choose and probably still lose weight when drinking the XanGo^® Cocktail.  However, the healthier you eat, and by exercising, you are likely to get faster results.


** IMPORTANT:  You must drink plenty of water.  As a rough guide if you weigh 60kg you must drink 2 litres a day; if you weigh 90kg you must drink 3 litres day; if you weigh 120kg you must drink 4 litres a day.

Weigh yourself in the morning before trying this system. Weigh yourself once a week on the same day and around the same time.

RECOMMENDATIONS:
There are reportedly many health benefits associated with consuming whole fruit of mangosteen.  If you are not used to consuming oil or XanGo^® in your diet you may prefer to build up to the quantities mentioned above.
