Are there any “side effects” to taking
Kefiro?
Kefiro is a food probiotic powder that assists in maintaining a healthy body, especially
when taken on a daily basis. It is not medicine and is therefore unlikely to
produce side effects when taking the suggested daily dose regularly. If you suffer from allergies
to dairy or from diabetes, please consult your physician before taking Kefiro.

create a soluble-polysaccharide structure called Kefiran, and are also
harboured by the structure that they create, abiding either on the surface
(interior and exterior) or encapsulated within the bio-matrix itself. Thus
protected they arrive intact into the intestinal tract. Once in the intestinal
area, these beneficial bacteria help to balance our intestinal flora and act
as a barrier to harmful bacteria, thereby strengthening the immune system.
