The difference between butter and margarine

Butter is higher in saturated fats.

Eating butter increases the absorption of many other nutrients in other foods.

Butter has been around for centuries and revered by many cultures for its life sustaining properties.  Margarine has been around for less than 100 years.

What's the "mix"?
