Coconut Oil Liver Flush

"Because I've recently had a bout of candida albicans I've been on a sugar free diet. I've now discovered that I have low thyroid function ... so I'm using coconut oil in my liver flush drink. I've replaced the usual olive oil with coconut oil and it's much more palatable.

Here's the recipe I use:

Warm 3 tablespoons of virgin coconut oil
Quarter glass apple juice
Half a lemon
Clove of garlic
Similar piece of fresh ginger

Zap all the above in a blender, pour and drink .... delicious!"
